+ Sour Cream Pastry

+ Murray Cod Fillet

+ Charcoal Grilled Corn & Tarragon Veloute

+ Salad of Frisee & Herbs

+ Buttermilk Dressing

 

This week our pie is filled with beautiful big juicy chunks of Murray Cod & Smokey kernels of charcoal grilled corn. Not to mention a big pinch of aniseed fuelled tarragon

On the side is a fantastic little salad of sweet Frisee leaves & mixed herbs.

Bake pie in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25mins or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.

The filling within can be checked with a skewer to ensure the pie is hot enough. Always rest the pie for approx 10mins at least post cooking to allow residual heat to finish warming the filling through.

Dress the Frisee salad liberally with the Buttermilk dressing, toss well and serve alongside the beautiful Murray Cod Pie!!
