PICK UP FROM FISH BUTCHERY BETWEEN 3PM-7PM ON JUNE 18 OR ON SATURDAY DURING OUR OPENING HOURS

+ Sour Cream Pastry
+ Mirror Dory
+ Charcoal Grilled Portobello Mushroom & Roast Garlic Veloute 
+ Salad of Rocket, William Pear & Parmigiano-Reggiano
+ Apple Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is truly the best time of year to be eating this amazing fish. The sauce will contain a mixture of the mirror dory, roast garlic, charcoal grilled portobello mushrooms & parsley.
Bake pie in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25mins or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.
The filling within can be checked with a skewer to ensure the pie is hot enough. Always rest the pie for approx 10mins at least post cooking to allow residual heat to finish warming the filling through.
Finely slice the William Pear through the rocket leaves & shavings of the cheese.
Dress the Rocket salad with the apple balsamic vinaigrette and serve immediately.
