Learn the art of making fish sausages from our head butcher Todd Garratt. Todd will explain and demonstrate how to prepare fish for our Fish Butchery sausages and Prawn & Scallop Frankfurts. Then it will be your turn! Roll up your sleeves and learn how to fill sausages to create your very own fish sausages and frankfurts.
To finish we will have a sausage sizzle so you can taste your creations. PS40 Soda will be served and you are welcome to BYO.
Each guest will take home their prepared raw sausages to cook at home.

Tickets are pre-paid and non-refundable. You will not be issued a physical ticket, but you will receive an email confirmation of your order. In the unlikely event that Paul cannot make the class one of our head butchers or Josh Niland will take his place.
