Join Josh Niland for a very special Fish Butchery class on Christmas Eve.
Spend your Christmas Eve creating your own Ocean Trout Wellington (Serves 12) to serve on Christmas Day.
Josh will demonstrate and explain how to fillet, skin and pin bone a Petuna Ocean Trout.
Then, each guest will wrap their own Ocean Trout Wellington, wrapping their fillets in a mushroom & lentil puree, nori sheets and finally puff pastry.
Josh will provide you with detailed instructions for cooking the Wellington to perfection for your Christmas Day lunch.
Each guest will take home a raw Ocean Trout Wellington (serves 12), RRP $250.
During the evening you will be served Fish Butchery snacks and PS40 Soda. You are welcome to bring your own BYO as well.
Tickets are pre-paid and non-refundable. You will not be issued a physical ticket, but you will receive an email confirmation of your order. In the unlikely event that Josh cannot make the class one of our head butchers will take his place.
