Spanakopita meaning "spinach pie", is a Greek savoury pastry, typically with spinach and feta cheese filling.
In our pie will include plump Queensland bug meat, out of the shell along with a mixture greens; including spinach, silverbeet & parsley.
Fresh fetta, Parmesan, garlic & oregano will also add seasoning and richness to the filling.
The spanakopita can be baked at 195 degrees Celsius for approx 25mins or until the pastry is golden brown.
The salad will be comprised of mixed salad leaves & a Shallot dressing
