Fish Butchery welcomes John Blankenstein of Mimosa Oysters. John farms Sydney Rock Oysters which are wild caught in the pristine waters of Nelson Lagoon and Wapengo Lake.
Join John and Fish Butchery for a one hour masterclass on oyster farming, storage, serving & appreciation. During the class you will have an opportunity to taste some of John's spectacular oysters so don't forget to BYO bubbles!
Ticket price includes oyster tasting, BYO service, and oyster masterclass.
Tickets are pre-paid and non-refundable. You will not be issued a physical ticket, but you will receive an email confirmation of your order. In the unlikely event that Josh cannot make the class one of our head butchers will take his place.
