Fish Butchery Fish Pie

We hope you all loved our potato puree topped pie last week, this week we put a proper lid on it! 
Sour Cream Pastry adorns the top of our beautiful fish pie that is full of large pieces of fish, leeks, peas & a mixture of fragrant soft herbs 
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20mins or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.
The cooked filling within can be checked with a skewer to ensure the pie is hot enough. Always rest the pie for approx 10mins at least post cooking to allow residual heat to finish warming the filling through and the filling to set up.
To accompany this quick and easy dinner is some lovely glazed carrots & lentils that have been cooked with a little chamomile, butter & fish stock.
These carrots & lentils can be simply warmed up or the carrots can be caramelised in a hot pan, completely up to you.
To serve; scoop the pie into bowls as we have included plenty of sauce in the pie base. Add carrots on the side.
