Fish Butchery with Josh Niland - Chef/Owner of Saint Peter and Fish Butchery and author of the sell-out title The Whole Fish Cookbook.
Watch as Josh demonstrates how to break down a fish into all it's parts. Snacks are prepared from the fish being cut for you to enjoy throughout the evening. Josh will explain how he uses the whole fish as well as cookery and storage methods for fish. Take the chance to tour the Fish Butchery and our dry ageing cool room.
Each guest will receive two portions of fish prepared on the night to cook at home.
To accompany your snacks enjoy PS Soda or your own BYO.
Ticket price includes light dinner (tastes of Saint Peter and Fish Butchery), soft drinks, BYO service, and masterclass demonstration.
Tickets are pre-paid and non-refundable. You will not be issued a physical ticket, but you will receive an email confirmation of your order. In the unlikely event that Josh cannot make the class one of our head butchers will take his place.
