  • Scallop Meat

THE RUN DOWN

 

The scallop meat is surrounded with a rich leek bechamel & green peas

 

Bake the pie at 200 degrees Celsius for approx 25mins till the sour cream pastry is golden and flaky.

 

Serve with the salad of watercress, gem lettuce, radishes & mint
