Sour Cream Pastry
Salad of Shaved Cabbage, Hazelnuts, Currants & Pickled Currants


THE RUN DOWN

This pie is filled with the sweetest most delicious Flinders Island Scallop Meat, plenty of beautiful Cavlo Nero aka Black Cabbage, Chilli & a Garlic Veloute.

Bake the pie at 200 degrees Celsius for approx 25mins till the sour cream pastry is golden and flaky.

Serve the baked pie with a the Cabbage & Hazelnut Slaw
