Poached pieces of Nelson Bay Blue Eye Trevalla, Eden Mussels, vongole & leek, bound in a fish veloute, encased in house made puff pastry.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake the pie in the pie base on a flat baking tray for approx 45 mins. Allow the pie to rest for several minutes prior to serving. Top should be golden and centre piping hot when tested with a metal knife or skewer.
