Shoalhaven Gurnard fillets, bound with a spinach & parsley veloute. Topped with mashed potato. 

Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake the pie in the pie base on a flat baking tray for approx 45 mins or until the potato is golden brown. Allow the pie to rest for several minutes prior to serving.
