"The evening was extremely informative, entertaining and interesting. The small numbers ensured that everyone was able to get a first class experience and I think that many others out there should be taking your example.
I had a wonderful time. Everything from the layout, to the food to the willingness and openness from Josh was top level. I have honestly not experienced anything like this before and it was far and away an experience I will never forget. Shout-out to Sally for making some awesome food for us throughout the night. Side-note: that whole process of demonstrating various cuts and then going: "And now we gonna eat it!" is phenomenal.
I look forward to attending more workshops in the future. I would love to see some hands on experiences on offer as well. I understand this can be very tricky what with sharp knives and everything else but I feel there is a level of skill, passion and willingness to share skills to get people to appreciate seafood more from Fish Butchery (including Paul who I can attest is a very helpful person when people with no experience come into the shop and ask questions) and Saint Peters that is begging for people to come and have a Willy Wonka-esque experience.
I will most certainly be trying and requesting different cuts from Fish Butchery now I am armed with the knowledge and thoughtfulness to have a crack. And I would like to personally thank everyone involved for it."
