Shipping policy

Pickup

Most online orders are collected from Fish Butchery, Shop 3, 965 Bourke Street, Waterloo, on the date you choose at checkout, within the pickup times shown for that product (for example, 2pm to 7pm). Please bring your order confirmation.

Friday fish delivery

Our Eat More Fish box is delivered on Fridays, usually between 1pm and 5pm, to addresses within about 30 km of Waterloo. It arrives in an insulated bag with ice packs, so please refrigerate your fish as soon as it arrives. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

We don't post fresh or frozen food.
